Home Care Aide
Provides and assists with all activities of daily living. This includes bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, simple wound care, prescribed exercises, nutrition/ hydration, feeding, assure medication intake, light housekeeping and laundry, safety monitoring, and companionship.Duties
- Provide companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Safety monitoring and client observation
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide ambulation assistance
- Assist with hygiene/skin care
- Assist with exercise
- Take client to appointments
Requirements
- Nurse Assistant training
- 6 months experience
- CPR and first aid certified
- Two-step TB test and physical
